SHIPPING
All packages are sent via USPS from our studio based in Atlanta, GA. Orders usually ship within a week. The normal delivery time *after* the package has shipped from our studio is:
USA: About 3-5 business days
Rest of the World: About 3-6 weeks
We ship worldwide. The shipping cost depends on your delivery address and total purchase amount. Our online shopping cart will automatically apply shipping rates to your order. However, below you will find average rates for reference only.

ORDERS
Mountain Home Press maintains ownership of the products until we receive full payment. It may be possible to cancel your order if it hasn't been packaged or dispatched to you. Please email us and we will help you. If your order has already been mailed, you will have to return the product(s) in order to receive a refund. However, please note the original shipping fees will not be refunded. We also will not provide or reimburse return shipping costs.
WHAT IF I NEED AN ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE?
Please let us know! If you need an order by a specific date, we can usually accommodate your request but we do need to know in advance. This way we can communicate to you if your order will make it or not and/or if we need to upgrade your shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are responsible for your order until we hand your package over to the postal service. After that, it's out of our hands literally.
If you made an error on your shipping address, getting a new order out to you will result in additional shipping fees. I know mistakes aren’t fun so please double-check your shipping address before submitting an order.
RETURNS POLICY
We want all our customers to be happy with their order! If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if an item is missing or incorrect product shipped, please email us right away. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number, as well as, a picture if there is something damaged or incorrect with one of the products or package.
Items may be returned within 7 days, provided you follow the instructions and that they meet the requirements detailed below. If you find an item is grossly misrepresented you may return the item, but you must FIRST email us and let us know the problem with the item to receive authorization. (If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.)
After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process.
When we receive the returned product, we will refund the value of the purchased product less shipping and handling charges. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Shipping charges are only refundable when goods are damaged and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed on our end and up to 30 days for it to be reflected on your bank statement or credit card account.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
When you return a product it is very important to include the order number and your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. (Please do not return any product without prior authorization. No refunds will be made without first contacting us and obtaining authorization.)
